I’m off to France in search of the classic Canelé that I love making at home but have not yet  had the pleasure to taste out of an authentic French Pastry Shop or Boulangerie as the French like to call it. Sounds quite seductive but I guess it should considering all the temptation behind those sparkling glass windows. Stay posted because when I return I have a Canelé recipe along with hints and tips to share with you for this unique little French Confection. Once you try one, you won’t be able to get enough.
